📦 Orders Overview
Orders are the heart of RepairMinder. An order represents a confirmed repair job with one or more devices, line items, payments, and a complete audit trail.
What is an Order?
An order is created when a customer confirms they want to proceed with a repair. It tracks:
- Devices being repaired (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.)
- Line items for parts, labour, and services
- Payments received
- Status through the repair lifecycle
- Customer communications and signatures
