📦 Orders Overview

Orders are the heart of RepairMinder. An order represents a confirmed repair job with one or more devices, line items, payments, and a complete audit trail.

What is an Order?

An order is created when a customer confirms they want to proceed with a repair. It tracks:

  • Devices being repaired (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.)
  • Line items for parts, labour, and services
  • Payments received
  • Status through the repair lifecycle
  • Customer communications and signatures
