Set up multiple business locations for multi-site operations.
Why Use Locations?
If you have multiple stores or service points:
- Track orders by location
- Assign staff to locations
- Location-specific settings
- Separate reporting
Viewing Locations
- Go to Settings → Locations
- See all your locations
- Click to view details
Adding a Location
- Click Add Location
- Fill in details
- Save
Location Details

Opening Hours
Set hours for each day:
- Monday: 9:00 - 18:00
- Tuesday: 9:00 - 18:00
- etc.
Mark days as closed if applicable.

Sub-Locations
For large locations with departments:
What Are Sub-Locations?
Sub-locations represent areas within a location:
- Reception desk
- Repair workshop
- Storage room
- Collection point
Adding Sub-Locations
- Open the location
- Click Sub-Locations
- Click Add Sub-Location
- Enter name
- Save
Using Sub-Locations
Assign orders/devices to specific areas:
- "Reception" for intake
- "Workshop" for repair
- "Ready" for collection
Editing Locations
- Find the location
- Click to open
- Make changes
- Save
Deleting Locations
⚠️ You cannot delete locations with orders.
To remove a location:
- Transfer or complete all orders
- Open the location
- Click Delete
- Confirm
Default Location
Set which location is default for new items:
- Open location settings
- Enable Default Location
- New orders/tickets default here
Location-Specific Settings
Each location can have:
- Own email settings
- Own automated messages
- Own branding (optional)
- Own review links
Staff Assignment
Assign staff to locations:
- Go to Settings → Users
- Edit user
- Set Primary Location
- Save
Staff see their location's orders first.
Reporting by Location
Filter reports by location:
- Dashboard widgets
- Performance reports
- P&L by location

✅ Do
- Keep location details up to date
- Set accurate opening hours
- Use sub-locations for large sites
- Configure review links per location

- Create unnecessary locations
- Forget to update when moving
- Leave locations without contact info
